Trend was the sixth dealer we visited with my daughter. She had never driven a Volkswagen, and was uncertain that she was even interested until Jenna greeted her, and made the process seamless and enjoyable. For me going to a car dealer to purchase a new car is worse than going to a dentist for a root canal. I have to say Trend Motors Volkswagon dispelled that. I think it was a combination of both the management at Trend and the great experience we had with Anthony Cagno the Sales Consultant, Michael the Finance person and the Manager. Although one always thinks they could have gotten a better deal, Anthony, Michael and the Manger were very personable, professional and none of them tried to push stuff on us, for which we had no interest. It's a pretty high probability that we may come back in the future as my family and friends car needs come up.

My husband spoke to Jeff and was able to complete almost the entire purchase over the phone and through e-mail which was the most convenient for us. Jeff was not there the day we went to pick up the car, but Lucas and Mike were awesome to work with! The entire staff was very accommodating and welcoming. The process went smoothly and we had one small issue with the vehicle but Trend Motors made sure to assist us right away with a resolution. I told my husband that I would definitely go back there when it is time for another vehicle.

I highly recommend Trend Motors. Unlike other dealership who’s hesitant to discuss some premature details on vehicle and price, trend motors was willing to discuss information and pricing over the phone. Jim(manager) had Vincent reached out to me immediately to discuss some details on my early stage of car buying. Vincent was helpful and prompt in all of our phone and text communications. We were able to get approximately 80% of work remotely before I even arrived at the dealership. They also provided a reasonable price on my trade. Mike(finance) was very knowledgeable and helped me find a competitive APR from my bank. He said next time I come back, he’s taking me to Disney (jk). I should have asked for a free floor mats, they would have probably given it to me. :) Had very minor issues with the vehicle but this was arranged quickly by Vincent for minor repair at service where Brian(service) took care of and provided a loaner. I don’t normally write a review but you should check out Trend Motors before going to any VW Dealership. Whatever you do DO NOT GO TO JACK DANIEL VW in Fairlawn!!!
