Let me just say this - Patryk is the MAN! My wife and I were dealing with totaling out our audi after running over a dead deer (so we are already stressed as it is). Now we have to go car shopping, (we hate car shopping). We went into Trend to take a look at a new Tiguan and thats when everything went uphill, we mat Patryk! He was not your typical pushy salesman. We explained everything that was going on with us and he was very understanding and actually listened to what we were telling him. We started off with a test drive and my wife fell in love. Although we honestly went in just to look, I have to say we felt so comfortable with Patryk that we ended up wanted to proceed with the purchase all in the same day. The numbers looked awesome, no hassle at all. We were in and out within only a couple hours which is amazing! Give this man a raise! Lol. When our lease is over we definitely will be looking for Patryk again to get into another VW. Would recommend all of my family and friends to him if they were ever in the market! 10/10 experience from start to finish. Finance manager Mike was amazing, not pushy at all- made all the paperwork seamless. Such an amazing dealer to interact with and will definitely be coming back! Gives me that “family” feel for sure.

Bought a jetta from here on monday. Rafael Cruzado from sales called me about the vehicle after i inquired online and assisted me through the process of the application prior to arriving. The constant communication was a huge thumbs up. Since he got everything going by the time i areived all i had to do was sign papers and give the down payment and within an hour or so was driving off the lot. After the total loss of my Nissan, I was determined to get a new car. Hard pressure from the local Nissan dealership lead to a less-than-stellar experience, so I shopped around. Anthony was my initial point of contact, and was nothing less than professional! Once at the dealership, I worked with Patryk and Brian. Patryk took the time to explain the differences in trim for the vehicle I was interested in, had me sit in one, drive one to make sure it was the feel I was going for, and worked with me to get the price I wanted. Patryk was great - personable, calm, gave us a full breakdown on every question that we asked. We worked next with Brian to get all the financials secured and done - another great experience where he was able to break down each line item, as well as fully explain the additional options we had (maintenance, warranty, gap, etc.) Patient, calm, and easy - I left that day with the VW Tiguan. At no point did I feel any "dread" that is usually felt at a car-buying experience. I didn't feel pressured - I felt calm and if anything stoked. If I ever need to buy a vehicle again, I will be coming back here. 100/10 experience for me.

I have leased from Trend Motors twice and have been a regular for servicing. The experience has always been better and the recent interaction to lease has been really swift and smooth. They offer online documentation for the entire process and the time spent at the dealership was well under 20 mins to do some paperwork for DMV, make payment and out the door with the keys. Justin particularly was very instrumental in providing this experience, gave a complete rundown of the options available, multiple pictures of the vehicle to give a good overview, connect with billing team to complete online process. At the dealership, he gave a thorough tour of the car, settings and features. I strongly recommend Trend Motors if you are in NJ and looking to buy or lease a VW vehicle.
